These Terms govern your use of the Application and any related legal agreements with the Owner. Please read carefully.

Definitions

  • Application: the website, mobile apps, and related software that provide the Service.
  • Agreement: any binding legal contract between the Owner and the User.
  • User: any individual or entity using the Application (Consumers or Providers).
  • Provider: a User offering services via the Application.
  • Consumer: a User requesting and receiving services via the Application.
  • Owner (or We): Neaty Operations, MB.
  • Service: the provision and brokering of cleaning services.
  • Product: services or goods (e.g. cleaning, materials).
  • Place: the location where cleaning services are provided.
  • Proposal Request / Proposal: requests by Consumers and offers by Providers.
  • Terms: this document and any updates

How this Application Works

Brokering

  • Consumers request cleaning proposals.
  • Providers send proposals with price/duration.
  • You accept one; we charge a fee based on the transaction.
  • We only provide a platform; we don’t directly deliver services

Who Sells

Cleaning services are sold by Providers through the Application


Terms of Use & Account Rules

  • Must comply with local laws and export restrictions.
  • Only one account per User; credentials must be kept safe.
  • Immediately report suspected credential compromise

Consumer vs Provider Onboarding

  • Consumers register via the consumer mobile app.
  • Providers via provider mobile app and onboard with Stripe.
  • Providers must provide accurate info to Stripe

Account Suspension & Termination

  • You can terminate anytime via app tools or contact us.
  • We can suspend/delete at our discretion without compensation.
  • You’re still liable for any fees already incurred

Content

On the App

  • All content is owned by the Owner or its licensors.
  • You may not reuse it beyond personal use unless explicitly allowed

User-Generated Content

  • You grant us a licence to use your content for operating the Service.
  • You’re liable for anything you upload; we can remove it at any time

External Links

  • We’re not responsible for third-party content or availability

Permitted & Forbidden Use

Use the Service lawfully. We can block misuse or enforce action if you:

  • Violate laws or rights
  • Harm our interests or reputation

Services & Payments

  • Provider sets service price; Consumer pays through Stripe.
  • We never handle card data directly — Stripe processes payments.
  • Provider receives funds after completion; payout daily
  • Consumers may cancel before service starts without penalty

Feedback & Ratings

  • After service completion, Consumers may rate (1–5 stars) and comment, abiding by respectful guidelines

Consumer Rights & Liability

  • No right of withdrawal once service is fully performed
  • We limit our liability—Providers deliver, not us
  • EU Consumers indemnify us for misuse

Common Terms

  • Service interruption: we may pause for maintenance or force majeure
  • Reselling: prohibited without permission
  • IP rights: all belongs to Owner or licensors
  • Changes: we’ll notify updates and they take effect on continued use
  • Assignment: we may transfer our rights, but not yours without permission
  • Severability: invalid clause doesn’t affect the rest

  • Try amicable resolution via contact email.
  • EU Consumers can use the EC’s ODR platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
